Furthermore, thanks to rigorous quality control which all Sira products undergo, all Sira Group® radiators come with an exclusive guarantee, 20 years for the Bimetal series and 15 years for the Die-Cast and Extruded series.

Product guarantee

Sira Group® is the only company in its field to offer a product guarantee of 20 years (Bimetal series) and 15 years (die-cast and extruded series). Competitors offer a maximum warranty of 10 years. This prerogative substantially differentiates the quality of Sira Group® products from all others and characterizes the priority given by the company to the quality of its entire range of products.
In addition, the range of Sira Group® products are covered worldwide by its ALL RISK insurance policy, completely covering any damage to structures, persons or property resulting from the malfunction of its products. This reflects the total quality service offered by the Sira Group®.

After Sales Service

Sira Group® is always present for its customers when they need after sales service, providing the following services:

  • Instruction manual and warranty instructions supplied in multiple languages
  • The possibility to speak directly with the company ( including in Chinese and Russian)
  • Complete assistance in cases of product malfunction thanks to our agreements with distributors
  • Immediate substitution of product held to be defective even before a technical appraisal
Customizing and OEM Accessories.

Sira Group® has the necessary production flexibility to accommodate client demands for customizing their products and/or its packaging, even with the clients own trademark. This permits various business options for distributors and helps to increase sales and profits, enhancing their image in target markets. In appropriate cases, depending largely on expected volumes, Sira Group® can even produce custom products on distributors’ requests. Once again, what the market demands, the Sira Group® is there to provide. As a result of dedicated and specific research, the Sira Group® also provides a complete range of accessories in continuous development, a result of dedicated and specific research. Thanks to their special shapes and composition, these accessories adapt perfectly to the characteristics of Sira Group® radiators.
